Import Manager

Our trading agency represents the interests of premium furniture brands in the Eastern European and CIS markets, including Tom Dixon, Schramm, Leolux, Interlübke, and Thonet.

We are inviting a highly responsible team member with a willingness to learn and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Working conditions:
- Full-time or part-time employment (negotiable)
- Remote work
- Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities:
- Communication with international partners
- Support across the full cycle of import deliveries
- Conducting negotiations and business correspondence with factories, dealers, and clients
- Preparing commercial offers
- Placing orders with factories
- Coordinating commercial terms, including pricing and lead times
- Handling claims and complaints
- Processing requests from designers and managers
- Order tracking and execution control
- Participation in trade shows and exhibitions

Candidate requirements:
- Business communication skills
- Fluent English for business negotiations and correspondence
- Advanced PC user
- Willingness to travel for business trips
- Client-oriented mindset, responsibility, honesty, reliability
