Conditions:
A truly high percentage range:
Morning/Afternoon: 18% base + transparent bonuses on top of earnings of 4-33% depending on turnover
Night: 20% base + transparent bonuses on top of earnings of 4-33% depending on turnover

The total range is calculated for shifts Morning/afternoon = 18-25%, nighttime = 20-27% depending on your personal turnover on the grid.

The principle is simple: we reward results. The more you do, the more you earn, and nothing else. Our top chatter earns $10,000+ because they know how to spot and work with whales. If you want the same, we're waiting for you.

Three schedules to choose from (in Kyiv):
— Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
— Afternoon: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
— Nighttime: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Weekends can be arranged individually with your team leader (minimum 1 per week). We're also flexible in this regard and understand that life situations and rest needs vary. We don't want you to burn out, so we tailor your needs individually.

Honestly about income:
We don't promise mountains of gold or lie about the numbers. Everything truly depends on your diligence. New team members can earn anywhere from $300 to $1,000 in one month. If you listen and follow your manager's advice, you'll quickly achieve good results.

Bonuses/perks:
— Daily and weekly intra-team competitions from team leads for small but attractive amounts
— Quarterly competitions for decent gifts or cash prizes. We're currently running a five-place contest, with the grand prize being a PS5. You still have time to participate.

— $250 word-of-mouth bonuses per referral (+$50 when you reach 1,000 and another +$250 when you reach 4,000)
