Our sales agency represents the interests of luxury furniture brands in the Eastern European and CIS markets: Tom Dixon, Schramm, Leolux, Interluebke, and Thonet.
We are seeking a highly responsible individual with a willingness and desire to learn and excellent communication skills to join our team.
Working conditions:
- Full-time or part-time (negotiable)
- Remote work
- 5/2 schedule
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with foreign counterparties
- Facilitation of import supply chain management
- Negotiations and business correspondence with factories, dealers, and customers
- Preparation of commercial proposals
- Placing orders with factories
- Negotiating commercial terms of cooperation regarding prices and deadlines;
- Handling complaints
- Processing requests from designers/managers
- Monitoring order fulfillment
- Participation in exhibitions
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong business communication and etiquette skills
- Fluent English for business negotiations and correspondence
- Experienced PC user
- Willingness to travel
- Customer focus, responsibility, honesty, and diligence
- Ability to work in a team
- Higher education is an advantage
- Salary will be discussed during interview
