Responsibilities:

• Supporting patients throughout all stages of treatment.
• Coordinating appointment schedules and interactions between specialists.
• Maintaining contact with patients and answering questions.
• Assisting with costing and paperwork.
• Supporting patients and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
• Maintaining patient data in the Bitrix24 CRM.

Requirements:

• Experience as a sales manager is a must!
• Experience in dentistry is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills and clear communication skills. • Empathy, ability to listen and understand.
• Organization and responsibility.

• Stress resistance and the ability to multitask.
• Constructive conflict resolution skills and handling objections.
• Knowledge of Russian, Georgian, and English is a must!
• Confident computer skills.
