Store & Brand Development Manager (Liberalex Batumi)

An Israeli brand of luxury and exclusive cosmetics for women is opening a branch and its first store in Batumi.
We are seeking a proactive and responsible specialist with a clear focus on marketing and sales who is ready to develop the brand and represent it in the region.

Key responsibilities:
• Store management and daily sales.
• Brand promotion in Batumi and client engagement – both private and professional (B2B): pharmacies, cosmetologists, salons, spas.
• Instagram management and development: content creation, stories, publications, collaboration with bloggers.
• Participation in brand marketing activities and events.
• Support of the Liberalex creative space: reservations, reception, photo shoot organization.
Requirements:
Proactivity, initiative, and the ability to take responsibility are essential, as is the ability to think broadly. • Strong focus on marketing and sales.
• Highly motivated to work and achieve results.
• Experience in marketing and sales, including digital channels.
Higher education is a plus.
• Language skills: Russian, conversational English (Georgian is a plus).
• Accuracy, good taste, and a pleasant appearance.
