Sausage forming specialist

Nikora LLC, a subsidiary of Nikora, announces a vacancy for the position of a sausage forming section specialist:
Terms:
Work schedule: every other day 09:00-03:00, day off - Saturday;
Location: Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district;
Meals and overnight transportation are provided by the company.
The company will provide the employee with a 250 GEL transportation/travel card.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Washing and drying parts of the forming machine and working inventory with water;
Preparation of metal inserts, rods and machine parts;
Participation in the process of receiving minced meat from the terminal, placing the cart in the crane, loading minced meat into the hopper and cleaning the cart together with the immediate supervisor;
In the case of the first forming machine, control of the size, weight, length and diameter of intermediate products;
Formed intermediate products are assembled on a stick, placed on a metal frame, spread out and washed in compliance with technological norms;
Counting, passporting (filling in a passport) of intermediate products;
Twisting (weaving) formed intermediate products in a natural casing according to the established shape and length, tying and transferring them to a metal frame in compliance with technological norms;
Filling in the remaining mince accounting sheet and the master's accounting sheet;
Packing, forming and placing checkerboard shapes on a metal frame;
Qualification requirements:
Secondary education;
Experience in production will be considered an advantage.
Personal skills:
Ability to work physically;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a stressful environment;
Detail-oriented.
