About us: We are the rehabilitation center "Ai Ya", which works with children with hearing impairment and their families.
Our goal is to develop the full potential of each child with an interdisciplinary approach - the center offers audio-verbal therapy, speech therapy, music and art therapy, as well as academic skills development programs.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Individual and group work with children with behavioral difficulties;
Work on the development of children's social-emotional skills;
Parental counseling and support;
Collaboration with other specialists working at the center (AVT, speech therapist, art/music therapist, etc.);
Observation of the child's development process and development of appropriate recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology;
Experience working with children;
Knowledge of theories and practical approaches to the development of social and emotional skills;
Ability to work with parents and a professional team.
Required Skills and Personal Qualities:
High sense of responsibility and empathy;
Ability to work with parents and a professional team;
Discipline and ability to work in a stressful environment.
