BQ16 HCHO/TVOC measuring device
Accurate detection of formaldehyde and VOC concentrations for air quality assessment
Compact air quality measuring device for the detection of formaldehyde and VOC concentration in room air
At home, in the office or workplace, in public institutions, schools and kindergartens - wherever people stay indoors for a period of time, clean, unpolluted air is a necessity for maintaining health.
Unfortunately, we cannot judge air pollution at a glance, but you can still measure: HCHO/TVOC using the BQ16 Trotec measuring device.
Formaldehyde (HCHO) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) are certainly the most common and most dangerous groups of substances related to indoor air exposure.
For this reason, both concentrations can be measured simultaneously in real time using the BQ16 to ensure that room air pollution is harmless. BQ16 detects even negligible concentrations of 0.01 ppm or 0.01 mg/m³.
German legislation generally sets limit values in mg/m³ or ppm (parts per million). As a result, the BQ16 has been designed to optionally also display all measured values in mg/m³ or ppm at the push of a button.
Using the BQ16 is quite simple: when switched on, the measuring device automatically determines the prevailing HCHO and TVOC concentrations. Both measured values are simultaneously indicated on the BQ16's easy-to-read display with on-demand backlighting.
Thanks to the integrated MIN, MAX and HOLD functions, you can see the minimum or maximum value at any time during the measurement and, if necessary, keep the measured value. To save battery, this practical measuring device is additionally equipped with an auto-off function.
