Engineer-Inspector in Mechanical Engineering (Kaspi)

Honeywell Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Honeywell Cement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was commissioned in 2009. Currently, Honeywell Cement has 15 concrete plants. Honeywell Cement is announcing an internship at the Kaspi Cement Plant for the position of Engineer-Inspector in the mechanical field. Work location: Kaspi, Parnavazi Street N2 Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Number of vacant positions: 1
Responsibilities
• Inspection and reporting of main aggregates;
• Timely entry of aggregate damage in the SAP PM system;
• Determine and add spare materials according to the aggregates in the SAP PM database.
• Participate in determining the criticality of supplies;
• Participate in compiling and implementing Fmea and Rcfa analyses;
• Participate in identifying the causes of accidents, their elimination and developing measures to prevent accidents;
• Check the conditioning of repaired aggregates;
• Daily inspection of aggregates and recording their condition in the appropriate form;
• Compliance with the existing and effective labor safety rules and regulations in the company's work area;
Requirements
• Higher or vocational education in the direction of mechanics;
• Basic knowledge of English is desirable;
