Location: Tbilisi Sea, Beshenova 20
Main Responsibilities:
Checking guest information in the program at the beginning of each shift;
Reviewing room statuses and occupancy;
Providing maximum and necessary information about the hotel and its surroundings;
Polite meeting with the guest. Carrying out the guest check-in and check-out registration procedure in compliance with all rules;
Entering existing and additional information about the guest into the program and updating guest stories and data;
Ensuring timely closing of accounts by guests;
Required skills:
Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills;
Attention to detail;
Experience working in the PMS – Opera Cloud system
