Nikora LLC, a subsidiary of Nikora, announces a vacancy for the position of Production Cook:

Schedule: Sunday-Friday 09:00-18:00, 1 hour break
Salary: 1100 GEL
Address: Al. Mrevlishvili #2, near Nadzaladevi metro station.
Benefits: Meals, travel/transport card.

Main duties:
Separation and cleaning of raw materials by type;
Primary processing/sorting of raw materials;
Re-weighing of cleaned raw materials and recording in the appropriate journal;
If necessary, transferring cooled, cooked raw materials to the kneading machine;
Cutting and preparing various raw materials for mixing, preparing dishes;
Checking the readiness of ingredients required for preparing finished products;
Mixing the ingredients required for the finished product according to the appropriate weights and proportions;
Mixing/blending spices and appropriate seasonings;
Strict adherence to the recipe during the preparation process;
Final preparation of the finished product for packaging or transfer to the finished product warehouse;
Recording and recording the weights of the prepared finished products;
