Location: Tbilisi Sea, Beshenova 20
Main responsibilities:
Verifying guest information in the program at the beginning of each shift;
Reviewing room statuses and occupancy;
Providing maximum and
necessary information about the hotel and its surroundings;
Courtesy meeting with the guest. Carrying out the guest check-in -
Departure registration procedure in compliance with all
rules;
Entering existing and additional information about the guest into the program and updating guest stories and data;
Ensuring timely closure of accounts by guests;

Required skills:
Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
Detail-oriented;
Experience working in the PMS – Opera Cloud system
