Salary: 1600 GEL + bonus (salary increase is considered
according to qualifications);
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Saturday and Sunday -
days off);

Functions and responsibilities:
Management and
monitoring of operational and trade processes in the store;
Management of a team of employees;
Taking care of the growth of product sales;
Control of the process of receiving and storing products;
Inventory management and constant monitoring of them;
Organization of planned promotions and control of their implementation;
Controlling compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards at the retail outlet.
Qualification requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position in a grocery store;
Knowledge of office programs;
Knowledge of the program will be considered an advantage;
Conversational knowledge of Russian and English is desirable.

High sense of responsibility;
Ability to manage a team and delegate;
Analytical and organized thinking;
Attention to detail;
Effective planning and time management skills.
