Turning shop. We perform metalworking of any complexity—from one-off orders to mass production of parts and assemblies.

We work from drawings, sketches, and samples. If a drawing is unavailable, we will help clarify the task, dimensions, and fit requirements to ensure the result matches the intended purpose of the part. We manufacture parts and devices according to customer documentation, and also restore worn components.

What we do:

• Turning work of any complexity: shafts, bushings, flanges, liners, rings, adapters, threaded and seating surfaces;
• Drilling holes according to markings and drawings;
• Milling planes, grooves, keyways, and other surfaces;
• Boring holes with consistent dimensions and alignment;
• surfacing of worn surfaces followed by mechanical processing;
• welding, including fabrication and repair of metal structures;
• complex orders: from blanks to finished products.

We work with ferrous metals and other materials by prior arrangement. We handle orders for manufacturing and equipment repair, automotive and agricultural machinery, as well as custom projects. We ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and precision assembly.

How an order typically works: you send a drawing, photo, or description; we clarify the material, tolerances, and volume; agree on a price and deadline; we complete the work and deliver the finished product. We calculate the deadline and cost after reviewing the task.
