Enola Holmes - The Case of the Missing Marquis

Sherlock Holmes considered himself the smartest person in the world until his 14-year-old sister disappeared.

No, no, Enola Holmes was not kidnapped by anyone. She just disappeared, just like a real Holmes would have done. Enola was tired of listening to "lectures" on how to behave, dress, and walk like a "real lady".

So, while the brothers believe that their eccentric mother left home of her own free will, Enola decides to find out for herself where the person dear to her disappeared.

While Sherlock investigates the case in his own way, and Mycroft tries to get his head around it and send her to a boarding house, Enola puts on the clothes of a widow, assumes a new identity and sneaks into the London slums.

But the search for her mother is only the beginning of a dangerous journey - she soon finds herself in the middle of the mysterious kidnapping of a young marquis.

If you think that little girls are all about sitting quietly and nodding their heads shyly, Enola Holmes will be happy to prove you wrong.
