Green Horizon Construction is looking for a Commercial Manager who will provide effective communication with clients, sales growth and financial control of projects.
Place of work: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:
Commercial management of projects and sales developmentNegotiations with clients, preparation of contractsMonitoring budgets and preparing reportsDeveloping strategic plans for sales growthMarket analysis and identification of business opportunities

Candidate requirements:
Higher education (technical or economic direction)At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial position in the construction industryKnowledge of English or Russian is an advantageKnowledge of computer programsOrganization, sociability and responsibility
