Responsibilities
• Answering incoming calls
• Providing detailed and comprehensive information to the customer.
• Making outgoing calls if necessary.
• Processing information and entering it into the appropriate program.
Requirements
• Knowledge of office computer programs.
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian.
• Knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
