Remote Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an energetic person to join our team, who will help find candidates through social networks and online platforms. No experience required - we will teach you everything! The work is completely remote.

What you will be doing:
— Post vacancies and attract new candidates on different platforms
— Communicate with candidates interested in cooperation and answer their questions
— Select suitable candidates and support them at the first stages of work
— Participate in the life of the team, perform small tasks and offer ideas for improving the process

Who we are looking for:
— Age 18–28
— Literacy, responsibility and ability to work in multitasking mode
— Availability of a PC or laptop and stable Internet
— Readiness for full-time employment (5/2 schedule)
— Desire to develop and build a career
— English B1 and above will be a plus
