IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst position analyzes business requirements and coordinates information collection and analysis with the PO and stakeholders. You will work with other team members to design solutions based on business requirements, define architectural and technical approaches. You will collect Definition of Ready artifacts, including Use Cases, Flow diagrams, Bpmn diagrams, and C4-standard context and container diagrams. You will develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements in the form of User Stories/Tasks, define and validate task acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with the team in the design phase and provide support, and you will collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members in the development phase. You will prepare Release notes, user guides, and technical documentation. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the product owner, analysts, testers, developers, and stakeholders.
