Hotel Gino Seaside Tbilisi announces a vacancy for the position of Waiter

Location: Tbilisi Sea, Beshenova 20

Main functions and responsibilities:
Preparing the restaurant space before the guests arrive
Checking the tables and arranging them according to standards
Thorough knowledge of the menu and other hotel information
Offering the menu to guests, informing about the available dishes and drinks, knowing the method and composition of its preparation and explaining it to the guest as needed
Correctly taking orders, opening accounts and hosting guests in a timely manner in accordance with standards;
Detailed informing the immediate supervisor in case of guest dissatisfaction and other unusual situations
Maintaining hygiene standards;
Correct and prompt and proactive and effective communication with guests and colleagues
Being attentive to the guest, taking additional orders as needed.
Predicting the guest's needs in advance and exceeding their expectations by offering appropriate service.
Qualification requirements:
Experience in a similar position will be considered advantageous
Knowledge of foreign languages (English and Russian) at a communicative level

The company offers:
9-hour work schedule in shifts - 5 days a week.
