Reservation agent

Gino Seaside Tbilisi, Trademark Collection BY Wyndham, a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, is seeking a Reservations Agent. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations and knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS. Fluency in English is essential as we cater to both international and local travelers.

Key responsibilities include managing and processing guest reservations via phone, email or online channels. The Agent will be required to enter and monitor reservation details, as well as support group bookings and coordinate with the Revenue team. Our team member will also work directly with the Front Office and Sales Department to ensure a prompt and professional response to guest inquiries.

Our company offers a 9-hour work schedule, a salary of up to 120 GEL, health insurance and other additional benefits. The work schedule is full-time, 5 days a week, from 10:00 am to 19:00 pm.
