Responsibilities
• Main responsibilities:
• Emergency Medical Services: Providing emergency care and stabilizing patients in critical condition in accordance with Atls/Acls protocols.
• Clinic Management: Managing the daily operations of a medical clinic/point at a remote site, including outpatient and inpatient care.
• Risk Assessment: Regularly assessing the medical risks of the work environment and implementing preventive measures.
• Evacuation: Planning and implementing patient evacuation (Medevac) procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately maintaining medical records and preparing reports according to international standards.
Requirements
• Clinical Qualifications:
• Education: Medical Doctor Diploma.
• Specialization/Residency: Emergency Medicine or Intensive Care/Critical Care.
• Experience in the specialty: At least 5 years of experience working in the specialty.
• Certifications: Possession of valid Acls (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and Atls (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certificates.
• Operational and Language Requirements:
• International Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in international projects at remote sites.
• Russian: Fluent.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (for clinical and administrative documentation).
