Security specialist

Nikora LLC, a subsidiary of Nikora, announces a vacancy for a specialist in the Shashkhesi production area:
Terms:
Work schedule: in shifts
Location: Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district
The company provides meals and overnight transportation. Also, a 250 GEL transportation/travel card.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Calculating the required amount of spices and/or herbs according to the weight of the raw materials and delivering them to the appropriate area;
Cleaning, cutting, transferring raw materials to the appropriate area for processing;
Packing the processed raw materials, packing them in cellophane, vacuuming, packaging and placing them in the refrigerator;
Salting, drying, cleaning from salt, sorting on nets, transferring to smoking as needed, receiving back to the site and seasoning in spices;
Removing thermally processed intermediate products placed in metal molds from the molds, freeing from cellophane and cleaning the product as needed;
Calculating the required amount of spices and/or seasonings according to the weight of the raw materials and delivering them to the appropriate site;
Compliance with technological and safety standards;
Compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.
Qualification requirements:
Secondary education;
Experience in production will be considered an advantage.
Personal skills:
Ability to work physically;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a stressful environment;
Detail-oriented.
