LLC "Bauservice" announces a vacancy in the construction sector for the position of "Work Producer (Foreman)":
Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili №142
Work schedule - from Monday to Saturday

Duties
• Control and coordination of the work process at the sites, participation in the work process if necessary;
• Responsible for the work of various contractor companies at the construction site, whether it is the customer's side or any subcontractor company, daily communication with them and planning the current and next days' work together with them
• Daily visits to projects, issuing relevant instructions in case of defects; timely informing the project manager and technical supervisor;
• Expected risks within the project, resolving technical issues on site;
• •
• Driving the work team to the sites, giving tasks and monitoring the work process;
• Determining the tools, materials and resources necessary for the project and making requests;
• Periodic control and accounting of materials received and spent at the construction site, control of remaining materials, accounting for them and making requests if necessary;
• Management of subordinate workers, obligation to be patient and defuse conflict situations, timely informing the project manager if necessary.
• Compliance with minimum labor safety standards and ensuring them during the project.
Requirements
• Construction or engineering direction (higher or professional).
• At least 2–3 years of experience at a construction site as a foreman or work producer.

• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of construction norms and standards;
• Ability to read drawings and technical documentation;
• Computer knowledge (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
