The Yelan-Kolenovsky Sugar Factory is the largest sugar producer.

The Yelan-Kolenovsky Sugar Refinery produces sugar in accordance with GOST standards and customer specifications, as well as granulated sugar beet pulp, beet molasses, and betaine molasses.

The plant's food safety management system is certified according to the FSSC 22000 scheme, and its granulated sugar beet pulp production complies with the GMP+ scheme.

Depending on quality indicators, the plant produces the following range of products:

– White crystalline sugar (GOST 33222-2015, categories Extra, TS1, TS2, TS3);

– Granulated sugar (GOST 13456-82, GOST R 54901-2012);

– Beet molasses (GOST 30561-2017). Betaine molasses TU 9112-004-01503401-2013.

Sugar is packaged in the following transport packaging:

– 25 kg, 50 kg, 1000 kg, bulk, consumer packaging of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 5 g sticks.
