Hydrogen leak detector XRS 9012
The XRS 9012 represents the current technological advancement in the development of practice-optimized hydrogen leak detectors.
This lightweight, powerful and convenient measuring device allows for quick, time and cost saving leak detection. Leaks can't be too small or too big, the XRS system detects them quickly and accurately!
The concept of the XRS detection system is based on the current results of material and process engineering. Therefore, this measuring device has solid benefits for the user compared to other gas detectors.
Facts about trace gas:
When analyzing the physical characteristics of gases relevant to leak detection, you will quickly learn that hydrogen is far superior to other gases. Therefore, hydrogen is used as a tracer gas for leak detection by the XRS system. It is not only the lightest, but also the least expensive of all trace gases, and is completely safe when used properly: in particular diluted nitrogen. For this reason, the XRS system uses a mixture of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen gas. This environmentally friendly mixture of gases is non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive! Hydrogen and nitrogen are present in all organic systems. The natural hydrogen content in the air is 0.5 ppm.
Examples of applications:
Pipe burst/line rupture detection
Telecommunication / power cable
Flat roof leak detection
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Containers, valves, boilers, heat exchangers
buildings and boats
And many others...

Cancel XRS 9012: The sensitivity of the measuring device can be individually adjusted for every task
The desired sensitivity level can be set by pressing the button. This procedure allows a new way of working - safer and more efficient:
Initially, large areas can also be quickly inspected with maximum sensitivity. Once the signal is received, the sensitivity level can be selected to cut out potential interfering signals and pinpoint the location of the leak.
Another advantage is the option to reduce the sensitivity.
A gross leak in small rooms no longer results in a full-scale deflection. For clear detection of large leaks, the sensitivity can simply be reduced to a minimum.
Due to the fast response time, even the smallest gas concentration can be registered with a significant signal that quickly returns to zero as the concentration decreases. In addition, the zero point can be reset at any time by pressing a single key.
During development, we paid special attention to safety and comfort:
