The Volkhov Oil Refinery is a modern oil refinery.

Founded in 2000, it is located in Volkhov, Leningrad Oblast, 122 km from St. Petersburg. The refinery has been registered in the Russian Federation since 2012 and operates using modern technologies, ensuring high-quality products.

- First-stage capacity: 500,000 tons of oil per year

- Fully automated production, in-house power generation
