Product description
The handy handheld measuring device is ready for operation within seconds of switching on and quickly and reliably records measured temperature values in the range from -40 °C to +200/280 °C (probe/IR). These are clearly visible on the brilliant, illuminated display for fatigue-free reading of the measured values, even in poorly lit environments.

The integrated infrared sensor measures the material temperature of surfaces, especially food, with a response time of less than 500 ms.

In addition to the digital temperature display, three indicator LEDs directly show whether the measured temperature is within the Haccp (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) limits.

According to the Haccp guidelines for food, maintaining a temperature range between 4 °C and 60 °C is an important tool to prevent the development and multiplication of harmful microorganisms.

Temperatures between 4 °C and 60 °C can be a breeding ground for microbes.

In addition to the digital temperature display, the Bp5F food thermometer has three indicator LEDs that directly indicate the corresponding temperature range to quickly see whether these temperature limits are being met.
