We can build a processing plant in your country for landfill and fresh unsorted and sorted municipal waste with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons using continuous, low-temperature, oxygen-free pyrolysis technology and a variable temperature gradient along the process line from 300 to 1,500 degrees Celsius. There is no waste at all, and no smokestack. The processed product is fuel oil. It is completely environmentally safe. No dioxins, no furans, no benzopyrene. From 1.0 ton of waste based on dry matter, we can obtain, depending on the morphology, up to 1.4 tons of fuel oil with a calorific value of 6,000-8,000 kcal/kg. Sulfur up to 0.5%. If we assume that 1.0 ton of waste, based on dry matter, produces 1.0 ton of fuel oil, then at a price of 20,000 rubles per ton, the plant's income will be 10 billion rubles. The cost of operation is 150% of the annual income.
The equipment will be manufactured at plants in Russia.
