Line for the production of 3D mesh (fences)

A multi-wire line for 3D fencing production. The line produces medium-volume mesh of up to 300 pieces per shift, using wire of various diameters. The cross-wire feed hopper mechanism allows for convenient adjustment. Feed-wire alignment ensures a smooth cross-wire line for the welded mesh.

The maximum welded mesh size is 2700 x 3500, with adjustable mesh openings and a weldable wire diameter of up to 6 mm. The kit includes a CNC press brake for bending, and a straightening and cutting machine (one or two) can be added. The price includes the entire welded mesh production kit, from wire coil to finished product. The complete set is negotiable.
