Anti-vibration mount for transformers

Vibro-TRS.F is a specially designed and manufactured anti-vibration mount for electrical transformers with transport rollers. The elastomeric element between the two metal profiles is a high-quality polyurethane vibration isolation foam, manufactured by the German company BSW under the trademark “Regufoam”, available in different hardnesses.

The elastomeric foam can be manufactured in two thicknesses (25 and 37 mm) to achieve better vibration isolation.
The metal plates are protected against corrosion by polyester powder coating or can be galvanized on request.
Rubber pads are added to the metal profiles on both sides to prevent sound bridges. On the upper metal profile there are two cylindrical axles, covered with rubber, to keep the wheel in place. The position of these cylindrical axles can be adjusted according to the diameter of the selected wheel. Also the metal wings of the profile offer lateral restraint.
