4 cottages for sale in Borjomi municipality

For sale is a complex of operating cottages – a ready-made business in Borjomi district, Akhaldaba!
If you are really interested, please read the announcement to the end.
I am the direct owner of the object. The cottages are built with personal investment, quality and great love. Unfortunately, due to financial circumstances, I have to sell them.
The complex is located in Borjomi district, in the village of Akhaldaba, in a beautiful natural environment, on the river bank. The territory practically creates a reserve environment — complete peace, fresh air and only the pleasant sound of the river.

The complex includes 4 newly built cottages, which are built with iron construction and high-quality building materials. Three cottages are fully completed, and the fourth is practically ready — only minor works remain.

The yard of each cottage is isolated, which provides guests with personal space and comfort. A river flows in front of all cottages. The territory is planted with many plants and has a green environment.
A hot sulfur bath is located about 50 meters from the cottages.

Despite minimal advertising activity, the complex worked successfully during the season and received quite a lot of interest and positive feedback from guests.
Great development potential:
There is free space left on the territory, which allows for the construction of additional cottages, the arrangement of a swimming pool and the addition of a cafe-restaurant. Accordingly, the future owner can further develop the existing business and increase its profitability.
I would like the future owner to see and evaluate this place for himself. If desired, it is possible to book one night in order to personally experience the environment, feel the peace and be convinced of the potential of this place.
